One of the things I loved about the Kun family from the start was their sense of humor. They’re always making jokes and teasing each other, and it wasn’t long before I found myself laughing along with them. My stepdad’s sister, Rachel, is a bit of a comedian. She’s always cracking jokes and making us laugh, even on our worst days.

As I sat down to write this chapter of my story, I couldn’t help but think about how much my life has changed since my parents got divorced. It’s been a wild ride, to say the least. My stepdad, John, comes from a big, boisterous family. He’s one of five siblings, and they all have very distinct personalities.
