Assam is rapidly emerging as a digital innovation hub in Northeast India, driven by visionary policies and proactive governance under the Digital Assam initiative. With a growing IT ecosystem, expanding digital infrastructure, and a strong focus on e-Governance, the state is positioning itself at the forefront of India's digital transformation.
To further accelerate this journey, Elets Technomedia, in collaboration with the Information Technology Department, Government of Assam, is organising the National Digital Innovation Summit 2025 on 5-6 December in Guwahati. The summit will provide a platform for policymakers, industry leaders, innovators, and technologists to deliberate on strategies to advance the state's digital progress.

(Level 4, 18 days) She holds his hand in the hallway. He stops breathing. They “go out” for 18 days—which means passing notes and standing near each other at lunch. She breaks up with him via a friend: “You’re too intense about the notebooks.”
(Level 3, 6 days) She helps him with fractions. He helps her with… nothing. He writes her a note: “I like your calculator skills.” She writes back: “That’s weird.” They avoid eye contact for a month.

(Level 4, 11 days) They build a virtual castle together. He gifts her a diamond sword. She says “let’s just be block friends.” He deletes the world in grief.
He burns the notebook. But first, he tears out one page: the blank one at the end, where he never wrote #26. Entry #9 – Priya, The Library Ghost Level: 2 (accidental knee touch under table) Duration: 4 seconds of actual contact, 3 weeks of fantasy Status: She now studies in the art room. Lesson learned: Libraries are for books, not dreams. Poem written in margin: “Her pencil taps a silent beat, My heart responds, a clumsy feat. She turns the page; I hold my breath. One touch, one year, one little death.”
(Level 3, 2 hours) During a school play rehearsal (she’s Juliet, he’s Tree #2), she improvises a line: “Oh, Tree, how I adore thy bark.” He tells his friends they’re practically engaged. She doesn’t remember saying it.
